Kayu manis untuk kencing manis

Saya sendiri penderita kencing manis. Saya mencoba minum bubukan kayu manis dan banyak makan sayur mentah.
Ternyata sudah sekitar 3 minggu saya tidakmakan obat dari dokter.

dibawah ini artikel tentang penelitiannya. Banyak penelitian2 yang dilakukan oleh universitas2 besar di amerika seperti harvad dll yang juga menganjurkan berapa dosis yang tepat.

rata2 mereka mengatakan antara setengah sendok teh yang dicampur air sekali sehari sampai 3 kali sehari. Katanya kalau kebanyakan ada side efectnya tapi minor kalau tidak salah bibir pecah2 dan kalau ini terjadi maka harus berhenti minum 2sampai 3 hari akan sembuh.

Saya pribadi minum lebih dari dosis yang dianjurkan tapi tidak terkena side efectnya.

Setiap makan buah yang kelihatannya manis saya imbangi dengan setengah sendok kayu manis.
waktu saya masih makan obat dokter dan kayu manis kadar gula saya waktu pagi saya test mencapai 60 sampai 70 sehingga saya gemetar karena terlalu rendah. Oleh sebab itu saya menghentikan obat dokter dan hanya minum kayu manis, berhenti makan nasi. karbohidrat saya dapat dari sayur saja dan ternyata saya merasa lebih sehat pada penelitian di tempat lain dikatakan kayu manis juga menurunkan berat badan karena mempercepat metabolisma sebanyak 20 kali lipat. Ini menyebabkan kita tidak cepat lapar.

Other experts found the compound called proanthocyanidin could alter the activity of insulin signaling in fat cells.

A study of 30 people with type 2 diabetes revealed a significant decrease in blood glucose, triglycerides, LDL and cholesterol levels after taking cinnamon for 40 days. Researchers expressed hopes for human trials with the use of cinnamon and its ability to treat type 2 diabetes.

Type 2 diabetes is a disease in which the body builds up a defense to insulin, and by doing so results in the inability of cells to take in glucose needed to properly function. Experts believed that cinnamon might help treat other diseases like pancreatic cancer, a disease in which abnormal levels of insulin are created by the pancreas, as a result of the cancerous tumor causing insulin resistance in the cells in the body.

Back in 2000, I posted a study that cinnamon may help control blood sugar among diabetics and now researchers say cinnamon may help diabetes by playing the role of an insulin substitute in type 2 diabetes.
